Getting around
Transportation on Phuket is in plentiful supply, especially if you are staying in a busy area. Your hotel can arrange a taxi or tuk tuk for you, or you can venture outside and flag one down yourself. There are buses for travelling between the beach areas and Phuket City, as well as around the city itself. If you are feeling a bit daring or are in a hurry there are motorbike taxis that will take you where you need to go.
