North Palm Beach The North Palm Beach area was developed by John D. MacArthur, and was incorporated in 1956. North Palm Beach is best known for its exceptionally high quality of life. Known world-wide for its recreation and leisure services programs, North Palm Beach boasts one of the finest municipal golf courses and country club complexes in South Florida.North Palm Beach is the only municipality in Palm Beach County that can claim a vast network of waterfront and canal-front properties.
Palm Beach Shores is quite possibly the tiniest of communities located in Florida. The town is primarily residential, and is only 10 blocks long and three blocks wide. Originally a fishing town, Palm Beach Shores was home to many fishermen that took advantage of its proximity to the Gulf Stream. As part of Singer Island, Palm Beach Shores is located directly east of Peanut Island and is a beautiful vacation setting filled with luxury hotels, fine restaurants, and cabana covered beaches.
Juno Beach Incorporated in 1953, Juno Beach has been a quaint town of retirees and vacationers since the late 1800’s. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, Juno Beach abuts the Seminole Golf Club. An oceanfront community with its own lake (Pelican Lake), Juno Beach still has that small town feel. Juno Beach was also one of four stops on the original Celestial Railroad. Other railroad stops included the cities of Mars, Venus, and Jupiter. Juno Beach has many bike trails including one that surrounds Pelican Lake. A few minutes north on A1A is Loggerhead County Park, which includes amazing oceanfront nature trails as well. Just a short distance from Loggerhead, you will find Juno Beach County Park and Fishing Pier. The Marinelife Centre, sandy shores, and gorgeous ocean views make this a delightful winter residence, a relaxing vacation spot, and the perfect area to retire.

Jupiter is rich in history: the earliest known records of the Jupiter Inlet date as far back as 1565. Jupiter's most identifiable landmark, Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, was erected in the 1800s. The stately red brick lighthouse continues to stand, ranging 105 feet into the sky, atop a 46-foot hill on the north shore of the Jupiter Inlet. Jupiter is also the Spring Training home to not one, but two World Series pennant winning baseball teams: the Florida Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals. But the boys of summer continue into the fall at Roger Dean Stadium with two additional Florida State teams: the Jupiter Hammerheads and the Palm Beach Cardinals. So grab a program and some peanuts and settle in for some great baseball action. Within walking distance to the stadium you will find Abacoa Town Centre. Full of specialty shops and fashion boutiques; fine dining and casual cuisine, live music at the outdoor amphitheater, community events and daily entertainment, all within a Main Street atmosphere. Stretching to the Atlantic Ocean, Jupiter features a delightful tropical climate and truly that "small town" appeal with big city benefits.
Boynton Beach offers an unmatched way of life, which is complimented by the Boynton Beach area's sub-tropical climate. For evidence of Boynton Beach's popularity, one needs look no further than the high rate of residential growth for residents of all ages. As Palm Beach County's third largest city, Boynton Beach boasts the #1 rated beaches according to the Palm Beach Post in 2001. The Boynton Beach downtown area is undergoing a strong redevelopment effort, including a multi-million dollar marina project that will have an enormous impact on the emerging business district. Delray Beach Travellers in search of a beach town with style can find it in Delray Beach. This "village by the sea" features Atlantic Avenue, a traditional downtown "main street," complete with quaint brick sidewalks and gaslight-style street lamps. Gourmet restaurants, cozy bistros and outdoor cafes in addition to boutiques, gift shops, jewelery stores and art galleries are among its attractions. Lake Worth While city resides along the Lake Worth Lagoon waterway, Lake Worth benefits from the cool tropical trade winds and the warmth provided by the Gulf Stream current. Lantana Most communities within Palm Beach County were incorporated back in the 1950's. The Town of Lantana is one of the oldest fishing villages in Florida, and was established in 1921. With just under 3 square miles, Lantana is north of Hypoluxo and south of the town of Lake Worth. Lantana may be a small town, but it includes an 8 acre public beach and boasts over 700 ft of ocean landscape with charming picnic sites, a playground, and an outdoor beach restaurant.

West Palm Beach The city of West Palm Beach is home to sunny palm-lined streets, breathtaking waterfront views, quaint shopping districts, historic and scenic neighborhoods, and exciting year-round outdoor festivals. Downtown West Palm Beach is home to two a retail and entertainment district – CityPlace and the Clematis Street District. These vibrant pieces of the city are lined with fashionable martini bars, trendy nightclubs, elite boutiques, and fine dining establishments. When the sun sets on West Palm Beach, you can indulge the most epicurean of tastes by candlelight at one of the many lovely restaurants. For those looking to enjoy the outdoors, the city’s teeming waterfront offers a walkways and fantastic views of Palm Beach and other surrounding cities. On the city’s western edge, one can hike, bike, and get a view of the Florida Everglades up close at Grassy Waters Preserve.

Palm Beach Separated from mainland Florida by the scenic Lake Worth Lagoon, the legendary town of Palm Beach is truly an island unto itself. Boca Raton Boca Raton is the second-largest city in The Palm Beaches and located in the southernmost region of the County. The city covers 30 square miles and boasts five miles of golden beaches. The town of Boca Raton was incorporated in 1925 at the height of the Florida land boom. During this era, the town council commissioned Palm Beach architect Addison Mizner to plan a world-class resort community. Mizner’s architectural influence survives today in some of the city’s famed landmarks, including the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Mizner Park shopping complex and city hall. Mizner Park’s decorative walkways and fountains entice pedestrians to take leisurely strolls where various restaurants, cinemas and entertainment are enjoyed in a lush tropical atmosphere.
