Time - Malaysia is 8 hours ahead of GMT
Visitors must be in possession of a current passport or other internationally recognized travel document. They must be endorsed for traveling to Malaysia and have a period of validity of at least six months beyond the time of stay allowed in Malaysia. Visas Application for visas for the purpose of entry into Malaysia should be made at the nearest Malaysian mission abroad. In countries where Malaysian missions have not been established, applications should be made to the nearest British High Commission or Embassy.
Visa Guidelines
No visa is required for nationals of Commonwealth countries except for Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nigeria. Nationals from Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands, San Marino and Liechtenstein, do not require visas.
