It maybe a cliche but New York really is ''the city that never sleeps'' so the day doesn't have to end until you're ready. There are restaurants to cater for every palate and budget, cappucino cafes, cocktail lounges and sports bars. No trip to New York would be complete without seeing a Broadway show, and Times Square (home to Broadway) is enjoying a renaisance, with American theme restaurants, bars and cinemas attracting a huge tourist crowd. As the evening draws to a close, there are many comedy clubs, late night jazz clubs and all night dancing venues. The minimum drinking age is 21 and checking of photo ID is mandatory.
