Whether it is traditional or modern, large group or romantic two-some, we can help you, assist you, do everything for you.
THG think there are unique factors about both companies that enable them to be successful. Crownline coordinate approximately 500 weddings per year, whilst THG Holidays send over 2000 customers to Florida each year. They choose both companies because of their well-established reputation in the industry to provide wonderfull holidays and weddings.
It's All About Getting it Right
Full radio contact is maintained between the limousine drivers, photographers, videographers and coordinators on your wedding day - we try to cover every contingency.
One of the most popular venues is Cypress Grove Park and Crownline manage this venue for Orange County. We also arrange receptions at this venue.
Upon request, award winning photographers will record your wedding in colour or black and white. All of our notaries, ministers and service providers are people we have worked with over the years and in whom we trust. They are all equally committed to making your big day a success.
Wedding Venues
The natural beauty and tropical locations in Florida are legendary all over the world. Visitors to the Sunshine State are often surprised and happy to find that despite the lovely sunshine, there is lush greenery, beautiful shrubs, trees and flowers. Coupled with vivid blue skies Florida provides a unique location in which to create your wedding memories. Our venues contrast from beautiful garden settings and secluded gazebos in Orlando to the sandy beaches of the West Coast. For a more traditional ceremony you can opt for a church wedding in a modern, yet friendly, chapel in Orlando.
What's Included
All our wedding and renewal of vows packages include the following:
Specialist services from our Wedding Coordinators in the UK and in resort, both at a pre-wedding meeting and on your wedding day. The services of a Notary Public / Minister to perform the wedding ceremony. A bouquet for the Bride and buttonhole for the Groom. A wedding cake and bottle of sparkling wine / champagne.
Services
Receptions We arrange Wedding Receptions at The Cottage which is a very attractive smaller building, very tastefully appointed and with a secluded private garden. Three course meal costs £29.50 per adult (half price for children under 12 years, and under 3's free) which includes the venue, server, gratuity and sales tax. Menus are available upon request. Receptions are subject to availability.
Videography There's no better way to capture the atmosphere of your special day than on video. Friends and family at home will be able to re-live the event when you return. Recordings are made on professional quality cameras and then edited on computer with music accompaniment, special effects and titles added. PAL format video is always used for wedding parties from the UK or Europe. DVDs are also available upon request for an additional fee. The videographer will spend approximately 1.5 hours with you on your wedding day, ensuring that he/she capture the most important elements. They then edit the video, producing a finished article which will be approximately 20 minutes in length. You are able to choose three songs which will be used as background music in the video. Other music can be accommodated, but must be given to the videographer by the wedding party on CD on the day of the wedding. Additional copies of the video are available at an additional charge.
Photography Please note that our price reflects photography for a small group of 15 or under. A supplement will be necessary for groups over this number.
Flowers A standard bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole are included in any package. Bouquets available in round, teardrop or hand-tied shape. Flowers for standard bouquet include roses, carnations, greenery and other filler flowers. Upgraded bouquets (containing lilies, calla lillies, more quantity of roses) and other bouquets are also available for additional charge. We also have bridesmaids bouquets, corsage, and ring pillows available.
Limousine Hire There is no better way to start your wedding day, than relaxing in a white stretch limousine. Each limo is beautifully equipped and maintained to a first class standard, and are driven by experienced drivers who are presented in an equally first class fashion. Our team of drivers are all connected to our central office in Orlando by radio and as such can inform us of any traffic difficulties or delays that may sometimes occur. We do our best to ensure that on popular days or busy seasons, wedding parties do not see each other and this can be achieved more easily when our drivers are in constant contact with the central office. Our limo team has been offering their services to us for over five years and are very familiar with all wedding venue locations, and also the various villa accommodation locations within the Orlando, Davenport and Kissimmee areas as well as the hotels. As part of the service, your limo is chartered to pick you up from your chosen place (i.e. villa or hotel), take you to your venue, wait until your ceremony has finished along with photography and videography etc and then return you to your hotel, villa or restaurant. Your charter time can vary, depending upon factors such as your wedding venue, your accommodation and whether you are having lunch / reception. For a rough guide however, most charters are timed for approximately 4 hours. Additional time can be arranged if necessary at an extra charge. All our limousines will hold ten adults comfortably, allowing for formal wedding attire. Small children and babies can be accommodated in the seats provided for you in your hired vehicles which are specifically made for the age of the child. One seat takes up the space of one adult.
Cakes Standard cake and one bottle of sparkling wine included in package. Upgraded cakes and additional alcohol requirements available upon request.
Marriage License The marriage ceremony must take place within the State of Florida. Witnesses to the marriage are not required. A marriage ceremony may be performed (solemnised) by a judge or notary public of this state, by any licensed or ordained minister. For renewal of vows, you are not required to obtain any kind of license. Following the ceremony, the person who officiates is required to return the license to the clerk. The license is then sent to the Official Records to be recorded. Official Records provides one certified copy to the couple. Additional copies are $2.00 each.
You need not be a resident of Florida to apply for a marriage license in this state. Here are two locations that are convenient for those staying in either the Kissimmee or Orlando areas:

Please note: Hours are 9 am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday excluding holidays. The Bride & Groom must attend with their passports, birth certificates (or certified copies), final divorce paperwork (if necessary) and death certificate of previous partner (if necessary). Each party must be at least 18 years of age. The license is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. The marriage must occur within this 60 day window. The fee for the license is $102.50 (current as at Aug 04). There is no minimum residency requirement for non residents. There is a 3 day waiting period for Florida residents. Payment can be made with cash, money order, Visa, or Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted. All license fees are non-refundable.
