All balance payments that are due with immediate effect have been extended to the 21st April 2020
We appreciate that many customers will have concerns regarding their upcoming holidays. We currently have a Covid-19 crisis team in place who are working closely with the Foreign and Commonwealth office (FCO) to supply the most relevant and up-to-date information for all our passengers. We will also be keeping this page updated regularly on our approach.
We are currently contacting all passengers on a departure date and day by day basis.
As the situation is constantly evolving, we are continually monitoring the FCO travel advice and will contact you if your holidays are impacted.
For all customers travelling before the 14th April 2020 who have been effected by foreign office advice then your options are outlined below:
If there is no FCO advice regarding your holiday destination, the holiday will be provided as planned and normal booking THG Holidays Terms and conditions apply, but please be rest assured that we will be closely monitoring the situation and should the official advice change we will contact you as soon as possible.
We continue to advise our customers to always check the latest updates at GOV.UK as restrictions are regularly changing.
