Spacious guest rooms and suites are the pride of Kata Sea Breeze to suit all guests. Housed in five separate buildings, each one being just 5 floors with elevators. All 330  guest rooms and suites offer guests a bathtub with shower (handheld), mini bar service (pay on consumption), private balcony or terrace, hair dryer, cable TV with a variety of international channels, two complimentary drinking water bottles per day, individually controlled air conditioning, a safety deposit box, telephone with IDD on request, plus Wi-Fi internet (additional charges apply).

Sea Breeze Rooms
Probably one of the largest rooms in Kata - boasting 44 sq. of living space. Guest rooms are situated on the 2nd floor or above an offer views across the gardens and swimming pools. King sized or twin beds plus connecting rooms are available on request.

Greenery Rooms
Situated on the ground floor (1st floor), guest can enjoy 44 sq. of comfort with direct access from their private terrace into the gardens. King sized or twin beds plus connecting rooms are available on request.

Aqua Pura Rooms
For a little added luxury, Aqua Pura rooms have direct access to the swimming pool from your private terrace. King beds or twin beds are available on request.

Family Breeze Suite 
Great for families! One king bed for mum and dad plus a set of bunk beds for the kids! 52 sq. of living space plus a small dining table with chairs for family gatherings. Situated on the 2nd floor and upwards.

Splendid Suite
Just for 2! A delightful suite with direct access to the swimming pool offering 88 sq. of living space with a separate living area and bedroom. A Jacuzzi take pride of place in the oversized en-suite bathroom.

Seasoning Restaurant

Start the day with our ‘Sunny Side Up Breakfast’ buffet from 06.30 am – 10.00 am. For the rest of the day, Chef has created a great choice of international and Thai dishes plus some ocassional ‘Chalk Board’ market specials until 11.00 pm. (last orders 10.30 pm).

Z Bar

Our signature bar ‘Z’ – in association with ‘Zimplex’ (a well known cocktail creator), chill out and experience exclusive designed long and short cocktails on the terrace overlooking the gardens. Freshly brewed coffees, wines and draught beer are also available. Depending on the weather, a big screen will show sports events and movies.

Sea Star Bar

Swim up to the bar in Sea Star. Open daily from 10.00 am til late, draught beer and cool drinks are served here with a bit of lively music late afternoon to get a bounce into the day! Watch out for the daily happy hours.

Sea Shell Bar

Homemade pizza, traditional pool snacks, drinks and softies all available during day from 10.00 am – 7.00 pm

Sea Massage

Operated independently, the Sea Massage opens daily from 10.00 am – 8.00 pm. Relax and feel pampered with a variety of sumptuous treatments in either the spa suites, or traditional Thai massage at the poolside ‘pavillion’.
