From the electric energy of New York City to the historic charm of Boston and the rugged beauty of Atlantic Canada, this carefully crafted stay and cruise holiday blends iconic cities, scenic rail travel and a spectacular voyage aboard Norwegian Breakaway, all at one of the very best times of year to visit.
Day 1 – Fly to New York
Fly direct from London Heathrow to New York City. On arrival, transfer independently to your hotel for a two-night stay at the well-located Park Central Hotel New York (or similar), perfectly positioned for exploring Manhattan.
The rest of the day is yours to soak up the atmosphere, perhaps take an evening stroll through Times Square, enjoy dinner in Hell’s Kitchen or take in the skyline from a rooftop bar.
Day 2 – New York City
Today is free to explore the city that never sleeps.
Visit world-famous landmarks such as Statue of Liberty, Central Park and the Empire State Building, explore Fifth Avenue, or discover the neighbourhoods of Brooklyn and Greenwich Village.
Optional guided excursions are available to help you make the most of your stay.
Day 3 – Rail Journey to Boston
This morning, make your way to the station for your scenic rail journey to Boston. Sit back and relax as the train hugs the coastline of the Northeastern United States.
On arrival, check in for a two-night stay at the elegant Hilton Boston Park Plaza (or similar), located close to Boston Common and the city’s historic heart.
Day 4 – Explore Historic Boston
Boston blends colonial charm with modern energy. Walk part of the Freedom Trail, visit Quincy Market, stroll along the harbour or enjoy fresh seafood in one of the city’s classic restaurants.
Optional sightseeing tours are available, including historic city tours and harbour cruises.
Day 5 – Embark Your Cruise
Today, transfer independently to the port and embark Norwegian Breakaway for your 7-night Canada & New England cruise.
Settle into your stateroom and explore the ship’s fantastic facilities, multiple dining venues, entertainment, bars and lounges, pools and spa, before sailing from Boston.

Final Day – Disembark in Boston & Fly Home
After breakfast, disembark in Boston and transfer independently to the airport for your return direct flight to London Heathrow.
