Ontario

From the exciting urban life and density of Toronto and Ottawa to the wilds of the Great Lakes and Northern Ontario, the possibilities are endless. Home to world-famous icons and awe-inspiring nature, vibrant communities and pristine wilderness, hidden gems, and unexpected experiences.

Toronto
The heartbeat of Canadian urban life. The 6ix is everything you would expect from a world class city. Get dinner at a one-of-a-kind restaurant in Queen Street West, shop at the posh Yorkville district, lose yourself in the variety of the Kensington Market, then catch an MLB, NBA or NHL game. Toronto has it all and all of it is in style. Toronto, Canada’s largest and most multicultural urban centre offers lively festivals, major league sports and renowned art and theatre make Toronto a globally recognized destination. But its neighbourly neighbourhoods, culturally diverse population and exceptionally exciting foodie culture make it a city worth rediscovering.

Niagara Region
From the backbone of Ontario, the Niagara Escarpment, across the breezy Lake Ontario and Lake Erie shorelines and finally to the thundering Horseshoe Falls, Niagara region’s dramatic landscapes and southern latitude contribute to uniquely perfect grape-growing conditions. Home to over 120 wineries, Niagara is Ontario’s most established wine region, producing internationally recognized, cool-climate varieties, including Rieslings and Icewine. Renowned for its breath-taking natural wonder, Niagara Falls, the Niagara region is about a 90-minute drive along the QEW highway southwest of downtown Toronto, and it’s home to three of the busiest border crossings to the United States: the Queenston Lewiston Bridge, the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls and the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie.

Ottawa
Canada’s capital. National sites, famous landmarks like the Rideau Canal, and museums housing stunning national collections. But Ottawa is also a vibrant, walkable, cosmopolitan with an incredible food scene created by local culinary schools and top chefs. Established as Canada’s capital in 1857, when it was barely more than a village, Ottawa has evolved into one of Canada’s most vibrant and exciting cities without ever losing its small-town charm. With a walkable downtown area, great public transport links, an abundance of parks, an outdoor dining and cafe culture, super friendly people and beautiful rural suburbs, it’s easy to see why Ottawa is one of the world’s best-loved capital cities.
