As of today, flights are grounded and airspace over the Middle East remains closed until further notice.
We understand how stressful and unsettling it can be if you are unable to travel, reach your onward destination or return from your holiday as planned.
Rest assured that we have been working around the clock to support our guests and monitoring official aviation authority updates.
Priority is being given for guests on a departure date basis and re-protecting onto alternative services where possible.
If you are not due to travel within the next 48hrs, please can you avoid contacting us as this ensures our crisis management team can prioritise guests with immediate departures and urgent needs.
As is stands we are unsure of when airspace/airports will re-open.
