Middle East Travel Update
We are continuing to closely monitor the ongoing situation and flight disruptions in the Middle East.
Safety and wellbeing of all our customers remain our highest priority, and we are reviewing all relevant bookings in line with the latest travel guidance.
Our contact centre is experiencing a higher volume of calls, and we appreciate your patience whist we support affected customers.
Our aviation and operational teams are reviewing bookings in departure date order for customers connecting through the UAE, Qatar, or Bahrain.

If You’re Travelling on or Before 30 April 2026
We are currently reviewing your booking and will contact you directly if your trip is affected, to discuss your options. There’s no need to contact us, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
If You’re Travelling After 30 April 2026
At this stage, no action is required. We will continue to monitor the situation and will contact you immediately should your booking be impacted.
